Welcome to Taziri Events. By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing rentals, or buying event tickets, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services, rentals, styling packages, consulting services, signage orders, and ticket purchases made through our website or directly with Taziri Events.
SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Taziri Events provides the following services:
• Event services and decor rentals
• Styling packages and design support
• Balloon installations and decor services
• Custom signage and specialty decor items
• Event tickets
• Professional consulting services
• Project management services
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
A deposit or full payment is required to secure dates, rentals, or services.
All deposits are non-refundable.
All balances must be paid in full prior to the event date or before services are rendered, as specified in your booking agreement.
Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.
Taziri Events reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if payment terms are not met.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our official Return, Cancellation & Credit Policy available on our website.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
INVENTORY & RENTAL TERMS
All rental items remain the property of Taziri Events at all times.
Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are handled with care.
Damaged, lost, or stolen items may result in additional charges.
Rental availability is subject to inventory on hand at the time of the event date.
Taziri Events reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary due to inventory limitations.
Rental items must be returned in the condition they were provided, normal wear excepted.
STYLING, CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SCOPE
Styling packages, consulting services, and project management services include only the services outlined in your selected package or written agreement.
Additional hours, revisions, sourcing, vendor coordination beyond agreed scope, or expanded services may incur additional charges.
Scope adjustments must be confirmed in writing.
EVENT TICKETS
Ticketed events are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Taziri Events reserves the right to modify event details, adjust schedules, change venues if required, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of cancellation by Taziri Events, a full refund will be issued.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely event information, ensure venue access during agreed setup and teardown times, obtain necessary venue permissions, and ensure safe working conditions.
Taziri Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or incomplete client information.
USE OF IMAGES & PORTFOLIO
Taziri Events reserves the right to use photos or videos of completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.
Clients may request image restrictions in advance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Taziri Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, weather-related disruptions, venue-related limitations, or delays beyond our reasonable control.Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service or rental in question.
MODIFICATIONS
Taziri Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia.
