Return, Cancellation & Credit Policy
Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
At Taziri Events, we prepare inventory, materials, and event logistics in advance. As a small business, confirmed bookings directly impact scheduling, supplies, and planning.
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
All purchases (including rentals, balloon orders, service packages, and event tickets) are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Requests must be submitted in writing.
2. Rentals, Balloon Orders & Service Packages
After the 24-hour window:
All rentals, balloon orders, styling services, and packages are non-refundable.
Deposits paid toward rentals, services, or supplies are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours:
You may receive a 75% credit of the amount paid (excluding deposits), which can be applied toward a future order.
Credits must be used within a specified timeframe and are not redeemable for cash.
All rentals and orders are transferable to another individual with written notice.
3. Events & Tickets (Community)
All ticketed community events are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.
Due to advance venue bookings, food preparation, and event planning based on confirmed headcount:
Event tickets cannot be converted into credit.
Event tickets are transferable to another guest prior to the event date.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a friend in your place. Please notify us of the updated guest name.
4. Deposits
All deposits paid for:
Rentals
Styling services
Balloon orders
Custom work
Event bookings
are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your date and inventory and are not eligible for credit.
5. Cancellations by Taziri Events
In the unlikely event that Taziri Events must cancel an event or is unable to fulfill a confirmed order due to unforeseen circumstances or inventory issues, clients will receive:
A full refund of all payments made, or
The option to reschedule where applicable.
6. Agreement
By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return, Cancellation & Credit Policy.
