UMCC Summer Camp 2023
One of our most dynamic projects was the kids summer camp. Children between the ages of 9 and 16 were invited to join us daily for a range of skill-building courses and exciting activities. Our program included thrilling adventures such as rock climbing, creative sessions like painting, and refreshing trips to the water park. We took care of everything, from recruiting instructors and creating schedules to handling registration, communications and marketing. Our team also managed the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The camp lasted for a total of 5 weeks, and to foster a deeper connection with nature, we organized an overnight camp at Kejimkujik national park. It was a truly enriching experience!
SRNNA Summer Jobs Program 2023
We successfully coordinated a team of 9 young individuals to organize various events and activities throughout the summer, as well as an ongoing Quran school. Our responsibilities encompassed every aspect, starting from the recruitment process, followed by training sessions, and concluding with the daily management of operations. We ensured that each event was meticulously planned and executed, taking into account the diverse interests and preferences of our target audience. Moreover, we provided continuous support and guidance to our team members, fostering their personal and professional growth. Our dedication and commitment resulted in the seamless execution of numerous successful events, leaving a lasting impact on the participants.
Birthday Banquet
Our client recently organized a formal banquet to celebrate their daughter's third birthday. We were privileged to offer our event planning services for this special occasion. With meticulous attention to detail, we ensured that every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. The decoration was tailored to create a stunning ambiance, which received high praise from both the hosts and the guests. Our unique touches included custom placemats that added a personalized and elegant touch to each table setting. Additionally, we designed a special kids corner, filled with delightful activities and entertainment to keep the young ones engaged and entertained throughout the evening. The success of the celebration was a testament to our commitment to creating unforgettable experiences and making dreams come true.
The Doll Ball
A night to remember! Our Barbie themed ladies party was brilliantly decorated with vibrant colours, shimmering lights, and plenty of pink. Everyone was dressed to the nines, embracing the iconic Barbie fashion with sparkling dresses, high heels, and glamorous accessories. The dance floor was alive with energetic moves creating an electric atmosphere that had everyone on their feet. With delicious pink concoctions served in elegant glasses, prizes to be won and laughter and joy filling the air, it was a night filled with magic and memories that will be cherished forever.
